1. Booking & Communication

All bookings for experiences, workshops, or volunteering must be arranged directly via email or in-person communication. You will receive confirmation by email once the details are agreed upon.

2. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an experience, we kindly ask that you inform us as soon as possible so we can make any necessary arrangements. As a small community-run project, your communication helps us plan responsibly.

3. Volunteering

Volunteers are welcome to support our community with teaching English, helping the children, and participating in creative or organizational tasks. We expect all volunteers to be respectful, adaptable, and open to cultural exchange.

4. Responsibility & Safety

All guests and volunteers participate at their own risk.
Kad Sala Village is not responsible for any personal injuries, lost items, or damage that may occur during your stay or activities. Please let us know about any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs before participating in our programs.

5. Respect & Behavior

Our village values kindness, inclusion, and cultural respect. We ask all visitors and volunteers to behave with respect toward locals, hosts, children, and other guests.

6. Donations

Kad Sala is run entirely by locals and volunteers. Donations help keep the village alive, support the local children, and maintain cultural activities. Your support means a lot and goes directly to the community.
